Solnay runs the counter in every branch you own: scanning, sales, returns, receiving, stock counts, expenses and the cash drawer, all on the device, so a scan is instant and a dropped connection is not an outage. What the branches share, stock across the chain, transfers, employees and permissions, lives in the cloud. And Solnay Hub puts the whole company in front of the owner, from anywhere.

Plug in a scanner

Any USB barcode scanner works, no driver and no install. Open the register on the branch PC and the scan field is already waiting.

The company squares up

Sales, stock moves and transfer approvals meet in the cloud. The other registers in the branch follow within seconds, and the owner sees it in Hub.

Stock is reserved the second it is approved, so nobody sells it twice.

In the branch

Everything the counter does in a day

One application for the whole shift, running on the branch PC. It does not go quiet when the line does.

Sell and scan

Scan with a USB reader, take cash, card or another method, and hand over a receipt if the customer wants one.

Take returns

Return against the original sale. The stock goes back on the shelf and the day's figures follow it.

Receive stock

Book a delivery in line by line, with batch and expiry on the products that need them.

Count and adjust

Correct a shelf against the system and leave the reason behind. Every movement keeps its history.

Record expenses

Petty cash out of the drawer, logged where the end-of-shift reconciliation can see it.

Switch employee

One counter, several people. The next cashier takes over in seconds, and every sale keeps its name.

Several PCs in one branch? They stay in step.

A sale on Terminal 01 moves the stock figure on Terminal 02 while both are online, and each drawer is counted on its own at the end of the shift. Devices belong to the branch, not to a person, so anyone rostered can sign in and sell on any of them.

Across branches

Ask another branch, and know it will arrive

Check what every branch is holding before you promise a customer anything, then request it from the branch you choose. Solnay follows the whole movement and will not let the same units be promised twice.

01Requesting branch

Request

Search what every branch holds, pick the one that can supply the lot, send the list.

02Fulfilling branch

Approve

Any authorised employee there approves it, or rejects it with a reason.

03Fulfilling branch

Prepare

The units are reserved the moment it is approved, so the same stock is never promised twice.

04Fulfilling branch

Dispatch

Stock leaves the shelf and the movement is recorded against the transfer.

05Requesting branch

Confirm receipt

The delivery arrives, quantities are reconciled, and both branches are square.

Solnay Hub

The whole company, from anywhere

The branch application is for the people at the counter. Hub is the owner’s: a web dashboard that opens on any machine and answers the questions a monthly spreadsheet never gets to in time.

Sales, cut your way

By day, branch, shift, employee, device and payment method. Put any period next to another one.

Returns and expenses

What came back and what left the drawer, sitting beside the sales they belong to.

Stock across the chain

One number per product per branch, with low stock and expiry where they matter.

Transfers in flight

Who asked, who approved, what is on the road, and what has landed.

Cash reconciled

Every drawer, every shift, counted against what the register says it should hold.

Branch by branch

Which branches carry the day, and which one has been quietly slipping since Tuesday.

Your account

One company, one account, as many branches as you open

Solnay is a subscription service, so there is no server to buy and nothing to install in the back office. Your branches, your people and your data belong to your account alone.

Branches and devices

Add a branch, name a register, and bind the machine to it with a one-time code. No employee ever picks a branch.

Employees and permissions

Who may approve a transfer, who may discount, who may see reports. Set once, applied everywhere.

English and Arabic

Both from the first release, with the whole interface mirrored right to left rather than translated in place.

FAQ

Common questions

Businesses that hold stock and sell across more than one location: pharmacies, retail stores, supermarkets, warehouses and medical suppliers. One branch works too, but the design assumes you will open a second.

The register keeps selling. Scanning, totals and completing a sale all run on the device itself, so nothing waits on the network. Completed sales queue locally and upload the moment the connection returns.

Every completed sale and stock move is sent to the cloud, which broadcasts the change back to the other registers in that branch and keeps chain-wide stock current. Transfers between branches are approved and reserved centrally, so the same units are never promised twice.

The owner's dashboard, on the web rather than on the counter. It reports sales by day, branch, shift, employee, device and payment method, compares one period against another, and carries returns, expenses, stock, transfers and the cash reconciliation for every branch. The branch application deliberately shows no revenue figures at all.

Every sale records the employee and the device it was made on, and lands in the shift it was completed in. A shared counter changes hands with Switch Employee, which takes seconds and does not reload anything, so the person who served the customer is the person the report names.

Yes, all three at the branch. Returns go against the original sale and put the stock back. Expenses are recorded where the money leaves. Each device counts its drawer against what the register says it should hold, and the difference is on the owner's screen rather than in someone's notebook.

That is the normal case. Devices belong to the branch and any rostered employee can sign in on any of them. While they are online the registers keep the same stock figures within seconds of each other, and each drawer is reconciled separately.

A computer with a browser and a USB barcode scanner. Scanners behave like a keyboard, so there is nothing to install. A receipt printer if you print receipts. No server in the back office.

Yes, from the first release. English and Arabic, with the whole interface mirrored right to left rather than translated in place. Product names stay exactly as you entered them.

It is a subscription per business, with your branches, employees and devices under one account. Pilot accounts run free while we are working with you, and we agree the terms before any billing starts.

Pilot branches go on the register first, then a public release. Write to us about your setup and we will come back with dates and pricing for it, rather than adding you to a mailing list.
